We are excited to be recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join an established team based in Fleetwood! This role is perfect if you want to manage a client base and bring in new business to expand the company's base.
Business Development Executive Salary: £28,500
Business Development Executive Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm Monday- Friday (43 hour week)

Business Development Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Account management of existing accounts by proactively seeking ways to maintain and increase sales.
2. Identify, target and convert prospect leads.
3. Manage your prospect database/pipeline and produce a business growth plan for your geographical area.
4. Follow up all sales leads and referrals.
5. Repeat orders and retention plan for all new and existing business generated.
6. Taking orders from customers as required, ensuring these meet customers’ expectations and delivery requirements.
7. Prepare and deliver sales pitches and presentations as and when required.
8. Ensure full compliance on all sales, promotional and marketing activity.
9. To be able to identify and action trends from computer-generated statistics.
10. Ensure full knowledge of the products and company features including competitive advantages, benefits, and pricing.
11. Completion in a timely manner of all reports required by the company, management, and directors of the business.
