A local business in Blackburn is looking for Administrators to join their team on a long-term temporary basis to start as soon as possible. The role will initially be an ongoing temporary contract but could be made into a permanent role for the right person. This role is available due to internal development as the team is now expanding therefore, seeking support on a temporary basis to join their business.
The Role:
* Sitting in on crucial meetings
* Taking minutes via a laptop
* Supporting the Senior Leadership Team
* Taking the detailed notes and inputting the information on the system
* Manning emails
* Ad-hoc administration
* Arranging, and attending meetings via Microsoft teams
* Dealing with requests via email
* Processing DBSs and/or references
You:
* Organisational skills
* Excellent minute taking skills/typing skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
* Computer literate
* Experience in taking minutes - essential!
* Administration experience
* Well organised
* Working on own initiative
