What will you be doing?
* Supervise Haulage Team to maintain a safe workplace for all employees and contractors, ensuring that a safe, efficient and compliant service is delivered throughout the day in line with Veolia policies and procedures
* Support the provision of induction and ongoing training for all new starters, contractors and refresher training for existing employees including delivering toolbox talks and issuing permits to work
* Real-time monitoring of driver workloads to ensure all work is completed daily using tracking software
* Daily reconciliation of Weighbridge Tickets from TFS & HWRC's and onward distribution
* Effective planning of holidays to ensure minimal requirement for third-party hauliers
What are we looking for?
* Experience gained in a similar role and supervising a small team
* WIMS experience is essential
* CMS Supatrak or other tracking software experience
* Excellent Mathematics and English language skills
* IOSH/NEBOSH experience is desirable
* LGV experience would be an advantage
