We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care to our clients in and around the Spalding area. You'll be providing care and support to our client with locked-in syndrome, who's individual needs include: Trachy PEG Oxygen Cough assist Stoma Nebuliser Eye gaze communication Personal care Household assistance Travel care Assistance with hospital appointments should they come up at weekends Shift patterns: 3 x 12 hour shifts 7am - 7pm or 8am to 8pm covering Monday, Wednesday and Friday 2 x 12 hour shifts 7pm - 7am covering Saturday and Sunday We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
