Alta Asset Management is a growing business specialising in hospitality businesses. It currently manages 6 restaurants and a hotel and is continuing to seek out new opportunities.
Personal Assistant tasks will include:
1. Managing invoices and making payments
2. Overseeing staff contracts
3. Recruitment
4. Making sure businesses comply with industry regulations
5. General adhoc duties
6. Negotiating contracts
7. Helping with directors' personal requirements and travel
8. Preparing financial reports
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
1. Good attention to detail
2. Excellent organisational and personal skills
3. Ability to prioritise and multi-task
Job Types:

Pay:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
