JOB TITLE: Payroll Administrator
LOCATION: Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater
HOURLY RATE: Up to £34,000 DOE
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (On-site)

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join an internationally recognised company who are well established in their field and very proud to be working as part of the Hinkley Point C project. This role is fully site based therefore you must live locally to Bridgwater to be considered for the role.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage the payroll process from start to finish, providing general administrative support around the role
* Run payroll every two weeks for the workforce and monthly for admin staff
* Handle lodge, travel allowances, and walking allowances
* Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and company policies
* Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
* Assist with the preparation of payroll-related financial reports
* Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll queries
* Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations
KEY SKILLS:
* Prior Payroll experience
* Strong IT skills with knowledge of Sage 50 would be desirable however not essential
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Quick learner
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational and time management skills
