Responsibilities:
1. Inspire and lead a team of up to 10 Field Sales Consultants across a diverse and thriving territory.
2. Grow business: Drive revenue through account management, customer retention, and acquisition.
3. Hit targets: Ensure your team achieves monthly sales, gross profit, and KPI goals.
4. Develop talent: Train, coach, and mentor your team with at least 70% of your time spent in the field and 30% working from home.
5. Strategize and execute: Create and deliver a clear business plan with SMART goals.
6. Build relationships: Establish trust with existing customers and attract new business through consultative sales techniques.
7. Analyse and improve: Use data to identify trends and continuously improve performance.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience managing and motivating sales teams to success.
2. Strong consultative sales skills and a track record of achieving results.
3. A flexible, results-driven attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
4. Full UK driving license (essential) and a willingness to travel extensively, with overnight stays (8+ nights per month).
5. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
6. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
7. Excellent IT skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
1. Competitive Package: £33,825 base + generous bonuses (OTE £49,000).
2. Holidays: 24 days, increasing by 1 day up to a maximum of 29 days.
