Title: Payroll Administrator
Salary: £31,000 p/a
Location: Essex (Hybrid)
JGA are delighted to be working with a successful organisation looking to add a Payroll Administrator to its team!
Responsibilities include:
Processing monthly payrolls from start to finish
Processing weekly payroll from start to finish
Processing starters and leavers and issuing P45.
Ensuring payroll deadlines are met in a timely manner
Submitting RTI information
Dealing with HMRC when queries arise
Resolving payroll queries
Any other ad-hoc administration duties
Skills & experience required:
Minimum of 3 years payroll experience
Strong numerical and advanced analytical and Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Thorough knowledge of payroll processing
Knowledge of Miracle Pay would be an advantage
Able to work quickly and accurately
Good organisational skills with the ability to work independently
Ability to resolve queries
Able to work confidentially and with confidential information
