The Opportunity
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Commercial and Residential Property Lawyer with 3-10+ years of PQE to join a dynamic property team. The position involves working with a diverse client base, including developers, investors, landlords, and private clients, on a wide range of property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing end-to-end commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and lease agreements.
* Handling residential property matters such as sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
* Advising clients on complex property issues, including development projects, funding, and planning matters.
* Drafting and negotiating legal documents such as contracts, leases, and option agreements.
* Conducting due diligence, including title reviews, searches, and risk assessments.
* Collaborating with other departments to provide a holistic legal service to clients.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and tailored legal advice.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified solicitor with 3-10+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial and residential property law.
* Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in property transactions.
* A client-focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
