This exciting opportunity could be for you About the Role We are seeking a Metallurgist to join our technical team at a renowned manufacturer specializing in high-integrity forged components for critical industries such as aerospace, nuclear, power generation, and oil & gas. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Managing and advising on hot material conversion processes. Designing and preparing optimized production routes. Developing and reviewing methods of manufacture and production works route cards. Liaising with customers to address technical inquiries and concerns. Investigating and resolving non-conformances. Supporting product and process optimization to enhance capabilities and reduce costs. What We Are Looking For: A degree in Metallurgy, Materials Technology, or a related field. Experience in quality and inspection procedures, particularly within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of titanium, nickel, and iron-based alloys, as well as thermomechanical processes.
