Our client is looking for an experienced Assurance Lead Officer (Strat Change & Perf).
* Oversee CQC readiness preparations, ensuring compliance with all assessment requirements and quality standards.
* Lead and coordinate activities related to quality assurance across Adult Social Care, including:
* Conducting case file audits.
* Developing and implementing improvement plans.
* Driving workforce development initiatives for internal and external staff.
* Manage the Quality Assurance team, ensuring effective delivery of quality-related objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Strong understanding of CQC standards and assessment requirements.
* Proven experience in quality assurance and improvement within Adult Social Care.
* Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and deliver strategic quality-focused initiatives.
