We’re looking for a Lead Theatre Practitioner - Scrub to join our Theatre at the Princess Grace Hospital currently rated “Good” by the CQC. The theatres across our facilities, provide a vibrant, exciting and professional environment where the advance equipment and technology is second to none.

The eight theatres at the Princess Grace provide a vibrant, exciting, and professional environment where the advance equipment and technology is second to none including a hybrids theatre, a robotic surgery suite and 3 laminar flow theatres for orthopaedic surgery.
As a Lead Theatre Practitioner in the Theatres, you’ll be required to support the team within the department to ensure that all consumable refinements have been prepared for the Theatre lists and ensure the Instrumentals have been planned. Extensive Urology experience is required.

What you’ll bring:
1. Minimum of 2 years experience in Urology Theatre's
2. Operating Department Practitioner/Registered Nurse qualified
3. Some management experience as you will lead a team of 6 people but training and development would be given.
