As a Team Leader, you will ensure that patient care is of the highest possible standard and provide advice and support to all staff working in the area. You will be responsible for the development, monitoring and auditing of standards for use in the clinical area. Working in collaboration with other key staff in the clinical group, maintain effective use of capacity and resources including timely and effective admission and discharge.
