Graduate Pastoral Support Assistant

A specialist SEMH school in Islington is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Assistant to work with students with EHCPs, ASD, ADHD, and complex emotional needs. The Role:
* Provide emotional and behavioral support to students with SEMH, ensuring they feel safe and engaged in learning.

What We’re Looking For:

* An ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging behavior effectively.
* Experience with SEN, youth work, mentoring, or mental health support (preferred but not essential).
