This specialist Accountancy and Finance Recruitment Consultancy has 40 employees and a £6m TO. They have offices in Chester, Warrington, Wigan and Liverpool. The company have a 20 year network/database and a phenomenal reputation in the North West. In line with business growth they are actively hiring for a Director who will be responsible for the entire Finance Division which currently comprises of 18 consultants (x4 Direct Reports at Manager level)
As a 'right hand' to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the P&L as well as upskilling and developing the existing consultants, client engagement / business development alongside increasing headcount.
Experience Required:
5 years successful experience within Financial Recruitment
Evidence of leading/ developing Finance Recruitment teams.
Experience of managing a P&L
