You will join us on a part time (variable hours), permanent basis, and in return, we will offer a competitive salary of £23,732 - £25,935 per annum. The Schools and Gateway Transition Co-ordinator role: As our Schools and Gateway Transition Co-ordinator, you will coordinate and support a variety of learners across the College, facilitating infill/taster opportunities and ensuring their success. You will work closely with the 14-16 team and Gateway, building relationships with external stakeholders and our delivery team. Key Responsibilities of our Schools and Gateway Transition Co-ordinator: Monitoring and ensuring the quality and delivery of Fresh Start learner placements. To co-ordinate the TSD (Technical Skills Days) and home educated students placements. Building and maintaining excellent working relationships between the college, schools, parents and external stakeholders. To manage the S3 and referral process for Gateway learners. Providing students with a high level of support relevant to their individual need and programme of study to facilitate progression, achievement and success. Focusing and taking an active role in the achievement of high individual student attendance and success rates, meeting or surpassing the relevant targets for each. Developing and managing cross college infill/taster programmes. Monitoring individual target setting and progress.
