The HR Assistant plays a pivotal role in the delivery of an excellent HR support and advisory service to support the HR function in delivering the service within agreed SLAs, in alignment with our vision, values and business requirements.

Salary : The starting salary for this post is £14,727.41 per annum, rising to £15,502.54 per annum on successful completion of 6-month probationary period
Work pattern : Part-time, 17.5 hours per week
We require a HR Assistant to provide effective coordination on a wide range of generalist HR activities, to support the HR function in delivering the service within agreed SLA’s, delivering excellent customer service as the first point of contact in HR and offer first line advice to employees and external customers on relevant policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and compliant service.
