Job Title: Head of Whole School Numeracy
Responsible to: Head of Maths
Start Date: September 2025
St Joseph's is currently seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Head of Whole School Numeracy to champion numeracy across our school. This is an exciting new role, which will offer the opportunity to shape and enhance our pupil's understanding and application of mathematical concepts in all subject areas.
Our Maths Department

We are looking for candidates who:
* Hold a relevant degree and teaching qualification (QTS)
* Has a proven track record of successful mathematics teaching at the secondary level.
* Possesses a deep understanding of numeracy and its application across the curriculum.
* Is able to effectively collaborate with colleagues from all subject areas.
* Is passionate about improving student outcomes.
