You must be self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment You will need to have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Main Duties Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Oversee the sales team through the Baylis sales process ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with policies and procedures. Prepare and Provide detailed information about pricing, specifications, and financing options to customers Negotiate sales agreements and finalise vehicle purchases, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales documentation and contracts.
