The Role of Area Specification Sales Manager - Facades:
As Area Specification Sales Manager, you will be tasked with winning the specification for a wide range of façade products for new build developments within the commercial and residential sectors across the northwest of England. Building long-term relationships with architects is essential, as is ensuring that the specifications are maintained with the main contractors, developers, and sub-contractors. Typical accounts could include Vinci, Bowmer + Kirkland, and Cala Homes. You will be given full support in developing business with access to Glenigan, a superb showroom in Manchester to meet clients and strong investment in corporate hospitality.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Must have a proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding targets in a construction specification sales role
2. Money motivated, strong work ethic, competitive, and a real drive to exceed targets
3. Must be well presented, professional, articulate, personable, and a team player
4. A desire to learn and to develop a career with this business
5. Driving licence
