Role Description
Allianz has an exciting opportunity to join the Commercial Customer Experience team as a Customer Experience Officer.
This is a Hybrid role based in Guildford. However, we can discuss the option of working from any of our other UK offices with occasional travel to Guildford, if preferred, during the recruitment process.
Key Accountabilities
* Support the delivery of our customer experience strategy
* Act as a customer advocate on strategic initiatives and projects
* Undertake research and analysis to understand customers’ needs, preferences and pain points
* Engage with and support reporting for various customer forums and committees
* Help run workshops with representatives from across the business
* Measure and report on key performance indicators
* Be on the look-out for ways to improve the insight we gather and the way we analyse it
* Keep up to date with industry trends and best practice in customer experience.
Essential skills & experience
* Knowledge and experience of the UK commercial insurance market
* Ability to easily build trusted relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills, with the willingness and ability to challenge, influence and negotiate
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Experience of utilising customer research and insights to drive decision making and effect change for the better
* Understanding and knowledge of customer experience related metrics (e.g. NPS)
* Comfortable scrutinising and interpreting data, with a keen attention to detail
* Experience in a customer-focused role – be that a dedicated customer experience position or working directly with customers/brokers in the insurance market
* ACII qualification, or working towards
* Understanding of Consumer Duty and Vulnerable Customer requirements within the insurance industry
