Exciting opportunity to join one of Bromley's fastest-growing social care companies as a Recruitment and Vetting Manager as it embarks on an ambitious nationwide recruitment campaign. Role will involve leading innovative and savvy recruitment campaigns, both using social media and engaging with community resources to create an effective and streamlined recruitment process. You will need to be a confident and articulate communicator as role will involve delivering presentations and pitching executives. You will be involved in the creation and execution of business plans and management reporting. Position will suit an individual who has the desire to lead from the front and has a good appreciation of large-scale safe and effective recruitment, vetting and onboarding processes.
