Job Title: Geography Teacher

Contract Type: Fixed-Term (September 2024 - July 2025)
Salary: Salary is negotiable depending on experience and pay scale, but daily rates start from £140 per day up to £240 per day PAYE.
We are seeking a Geography Teacher to join our dedicated team at a school located in Gloucester. This exciting opportunity involves teaching Geography up to GCSE level and the potential of teaching to A-level, contributing to the intellectual and personal development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Geography (up to A- level - beneficial)
2. Inspire and motivate students to develop a love for humanities subjects.
3. Contribute to the development of the humanities curriculum.
4. Assess and provide constructive feedback to students.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Requirements:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
7. Right to work in the UK.
8. Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
9. CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
