ITS Construction is working in partnership with a highly respected international Principal Contractor to recruit an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a long-term Energy Recovery Facility project based in Chester. Role Overview As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of electrical site activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Duties include: Supervising and coordinating site-based electrical teams Managing subcontractors and working closely with the Principal Contractor Ensuring compliance with BS 7671 and all relevant safety regulations Overseeing quality inspections and managing site documentation Troubleshooting and resolving on-site electrical issues Maintaining materials and resource flow Supporting and mentoring electricians Shift Pattern 10-hour shifts 12 days on, 2 days off Must be available to work every other weekend This role is fully site-based Requirements Gold ECS Supervisor Card 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent (Testing & Inspection) SSSTS or SMSTS Demonstrable supervisory experience on large, live construction sites Familiarity with working under a Principal Contractor Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, site coordination, and safety protocols Based locally in or near Cheshire What’s On Offer £420/day (plus fees) Long-term, stable work on a high-profile energy project Work with a forward-thinking, safety-focused team Opportunity to contribute to a sustainable infrastructure build with global impact Immediate start available To apply or find out more, please contact ITS Construction today.
