Aesthetic Sales Coordinator - Cosmetic Clinic | Bristol | Part Time/ Full Time | Up to £26,350 DOE plus commission (OTE £35,000 year 1)

They are currently seeking an experienced Aesthetic Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic clinic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, people-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
As an Aesthetic Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our clinic while contributing to sales growth. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their journey is seamless from booking to aftercare. This role blends administrative duties with sales responsibilities, offering variety and the chance to make a real impact.
Are you the right person for the job?
Proven experience in a Sales role, ideally within a clinic, medical facility, spa, or customer-facing environment
Experience in working with Doctors or Surgeons, for example as a medical PA or receptionists is favourable but not a pre-requisite
Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficient in using software systems for bookings and client management
A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Motivated to earn uncapped commission
What will your role look like?
Converting treatment enquiries into bookings
Promoting and upselling treatments and retail products, meeting sales targets
Managing patient bookings, appointments, and follow-ups using our clinic software
Welcoming patients and ensuring they have a 5-star experience during their visit
Handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed information about our services and treatments
Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with data protection standards
Re-engaging patients in order to generate new treatment bookings
Assisting with social media content and marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness
Supporting clinic operations, including stock management, reporting, and team coordination
