We're currently recruiting a dedicated Catering Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Chartwells on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities may include:
19. Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
20. Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
21. Being a responsible key holder
22. Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
23. Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
24. Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
25. Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
26. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
27. Complying with Health & Safety regulations
Our ideal Supervisor will:
28. Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
29. Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
30. Team player and can-do attitude
31. Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
