Our client is looking for a Fulfilment Coordinator to join their expanding team in Hayes. Job Spec:It’s a role within an office within the warehouse very hands on fulfilling documents You will be stood at a desk scanning, checking packing, labelling documents · Processing and fulfilment of highly sensitive packages in readiness for transport· Upholding incredibly high security protocols· Proactive customer service· Data entry using internal and external internet based system · Dealing with enquires from overseas and UK based customers Requirements: · Ideally previous experience with Government defence and specialised movement based accounts· Must have a full 5 year checkable work history with no more than 28 days gap · DBS · Experience with data entry, PC and web based IT applications including MS Excel and Word· Ability to work unsupervised to complete assigned department and customer tasks · Team player (essential)· Ability to work and meet tight deadlines HoursMonday to Friday 0800 - 1630 Salary£13.22 per hour We can only accept application from candidates with the required experience for this role, if you don't hear from us your application has been unsuccessful
