The role:
1. Answering the telephone and managing messages/information.
2. Booking viewings with potential tenants.
3. Property viewings with customers at rental properties
4. Meeting and greeting customers and clients.
5. Preparing marketing information, diaries and keys for accompanied viewers.
6. Dealing with general enquiries
7. Ensuring all literature, websites and windows are up to date at all times.
8. Assisting the lettings negotiators with tenancy agreements and signing tenants up
9. Assisting team members with administrative tasks.
10. Ensuring the smooth handling of any tenant queries
11. Updating the lettings diary
12. Social media updates
13. Office administration
The successful candidate:
14. Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet.
15. Well presented, articulate with excellent communication skills.
16. Hard working “can do” attitude.
17. At least 1 years’ experience in a customer service role.
18. Able to work to tight deadlines and in a busy environment.
