Job summary We are looking to appoint a Trust StR Higher anaesthetist to our large, cohesive, and forward-looking department. This post is designed to provide the tertiary training required for the Portfolio Pathway (CESR), including cardiothoracics and neuro, but can be flexed to suit the correct applicant. It is envisaged that this post will have access to the same training and educational support as Deanery appointed trainees and similar study leave. On call duties maybe in Obstetrics, ICM, Cardiac ICM and General theatres. This post is envisaged to be useful to a doctor aiming for CESR or awaiting Specialist Training appointment. Participation in the trainee on call rota relevant to training grade is essential.
