Marketing Manager Hybrid (ideally 4 days a week in Central London) £60K Live Events/Live entertainment background or creative agency background B2B We're looking for a Marketing Manager who wants to make a BIG difference- must have a background in creative agency or live events or live entertainment- B2B marketing. To be considered for this role- you must have a B2B marketing background working in marketing for a creative agency or an agency that creates live events ideally. You'll be a Marketing Manager with big ambition, great initiative, fantastic marketing skills and a positive personality to help drive business growth. You’ll be responsible for helping drive awareness and brand growth across multiple platforms, both on and offline. Managing all aspects of marketing and ensuring the agency brand is consistent and positioned correctly to reflect vision and mission. In conjunction, you’ll be supporting the business in seeking out new opportunities worldwide, identifying new and exciting revenue channels that align with agency growth strategy through your marketing skills and research. You'll be their Marketing star that leads and drives the business to reach its potential, connecting with incredible brands and associates to help elevate us to the highest heights. Key Responsibilities include: Marketing-led Sales Strategy Development. Market Research. Marketing Campaigns:-Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, events, press, networking and email marketing. Marketing Management- including Social media & Website management, Digital marketing (SEO, Analytics, PPC if required), Email newsletters & Blog posts and events. Brand Development Candidate profile: You will have a background as a Marketing Manager within live events or live entertainment or creative agency. You must have a on and offline background in B2B marketing with delivery of campaigns across a range of channels including events, social, press, digital and email. You will be able to develop marketing strategies and have a good understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques. This role needs a Marketing Manager with strong project management skills and have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ultimately you'll be a people person, with great energy and a positive attitude. An individual who wants to play a big part in a growing creating business with an exciting future This role needs an individual who can market a creative agency on a global scale, understand their brand and tone of voice with a background in helping brands market to other businesses.
