Job Description
Your Mission:
We are seeking a Change Management Lead to manage and drive the Change Management procedure within the Joint Project Team (JPT) for one of our major clients. This role is pivotal in leading and coordinating the Change Management process and interfacing with the wider JPT to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Change Management Plan – Oversee the operation and maintenance of the Change Management Plan, including associated forms and templates.
2. Maintain the Programme Change Register – Ensure the register is up-to-date and accurate.
3. Chair the Change Committee – Lead meetings and provide secretariat services to ensure smooth operations.
4. Provide Summary Information & Metrics – Utilize the Programme Change Register to provide necessary reports and metrics.
5. Support Project Managers – Assist with all matters related to change management.
6. Additional Tasks – Take on additional responsibilities as required, which will be agreed upon on a task-by-task basis.

Essential: Demonstrable experience relating to Change Management.
1. Project, Programme, or Portfolio Controls – Demonstrated experience in managing or supporting controls in these areas.
2. Excellent Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
3. Attention to Detail & Accuracy – Able to follow written and spoken instructions meticulously.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Applications – Expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with a working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
5. Flexible & Adaptable – Ability to prioritize workload effectively in a dynamic environment.
6. Proactive Problem Solver – Use your initiative to solve problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
Desirable: Chartered professional in a related discipline.
