I am currently recruiting for my client who is looking for a temporary member of staff to join their team for approximately 10 weeks.
Role Overview
This role is for a Help Desk Administrator who would be the first point of contact for all Estates related inquiries, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the facility. You will be providing essential support in the day-to-day operation and management of the company.
Responsibilities
1. Manage service requests.
2. Coordinate reactive maintenance activities.
3. Track service levels.
4. Support administrative functions related to Estates Management.
5. Provide ad-hoc holiday/sickness coverage of Front of House Reception Duties.
Requirements
For this role, you will need excellent administration, planning, and organization skills, as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and the hourly rate is £13.80 per hour. There is parking on site.
