I am working on behalf of a national Construction Recruitment Agency based in Nottingham who after a record year, are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to the team. Having a sales focus and go-getter attitude is essential.
You will be working a warm desk providing candidates and filling roles across full construction projects, so knowledge of the sector would be ideal.
The company is currently seeing one of its busiest times and the routes to commission are good with an established client base. I need a consultant who can also win new business and grow their desk, with potential to create a team within a team.

What I need from you:
* Experience working in the recruitment industry, ideally construction but other sectors will be considered
* Minimum of 2 years 360 recruitment experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven track record of winning new business
* Consultant looking for that next move to Senior
Key responsibilities:
* Maintain and develop relationships with candidates and clients based on trust, knowledge and openness
* Proactively carry out business development calls to win new business
* Weekly site and client meetings to strengthen relationships – at least 1 day per week
* Driving licence and access to a car
* Place enticing adverts to attract the best candidates
* Proactively source and interview potential candidates using great questioning skills both in person and via Teams
* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
