* Collaborate with internal design teams to define, document, and implement feature and mission designs.
* Ensure core design requirements are understood across stakeholder departments, that feasibility is established, and alignment maintained through delivery.
* Build collaborative processes with development teams that promote honest, transparent, and frequent communication.
* Organise, maintain, and analyse vast bug and task databases to drive forward development., Assist with the day-to-day management of bug and task pipelines, ensuring issues reach developers in a timely manner with all relevant details included.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, burndowns, and reports which distill into a consumable, user-friendly format, key information about the bug database.
* Maintain shared design documentation and production resources across a variety of software packages.
* Manage communications channels, keeping Design teams connected to other teams, departments, and disciplines.
* Shadow more senior production team members in meetings; taking notes, summarising next steps, and communicating them to attendees as follow up.
* Assist with the capture of review videos and the running of review play sessions. Liaise with QA teams to facilitate timely and thorough testing of features and content.
Minimum of one year experience working in the game industry or related field such as software development., Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with task and bug tracking software such as JIRA.
* Experience with MS Office 365, particularly Excel.
* Experience managing shared team resources on web services such as Confluence and Monday.
* Keen interest in analytics and their application to game production.
* An eagerness to learn new workflows and software tools., Advanced understanding of Excel including Macros, SQL, and VBA.
* Experience working within a large-scale AAA development team.
* A university degree in Game Production, Design, Data Science, or a related field.
* Passion for video games.
