15. Experience in tutoring one-to-one or small groups needing additional educational or pastoral support.
16. Constructive supervision and correction experience.
17. Experience in inclusion units, special settings, or alternative provisions.
18. Experience working with SEN students, disengaged youth, or looked-after children.
Essential Qualities:
19. Inspirational and effective communication skills.
20. Competent IT skills, with access to a laptop/computer, audio, and visual equipment.
21. Stable broadband and internet connection.
22. Ability to build meaningful relationships, encourage, and motivate students.
