Role Overview Working in our busy DIY Store environment, the role is focused on delivering high levels of Customer Service including taking payments and dealing with customer enquiries and other store duties including stock control. Key Responsibilities Customer interaction including handling all enquiries Taking payment and using a Till to process transactions Re-stocking material in the store including timber Housekeeping across all store areas Developing and maintain a high level of product knowledge Key Requirements Experience working within a busy retail environment Experience of face-to-face customer contact Strong verbal communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks Driving license would be advantageous What can Woodlands offer?
