We are looking for an administrator to provide frontline and first contact for patients throughout their journey with us. To provide support to the Services Manager and audiologists ensuring that diaries are booked to the optimum level. Full-Time Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm This role will be based in our office in Folkestone Responsibilities Answering patient queries and booking or changing booked appointments. Calling patients to confirm upcoming patient appointments Helping to cancel or move appointments if there are changes to clinics or resource allocation. Speaking with Manufacturers to get the status of an order placed for moulds or the repair of faulty aids. Creating new patient records and making sure all patient records are correct Checking audiologist’s diaries to make sure appointments are entered in the most efficient manner.
