About the Role
This is a hybrid opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to drive revenue and nurture client relationships in the public sector, with a particular focus on police forces. Your role will include:
* Account Management- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring relationships are strengthened and nurtured.
* Identify and secure additional business opportunities within existing accounts.
* Business Development- Develop and present tailored solutions to win new business opportunities.
* Drive client onboarding, ensuring smooth integration and long-term satisfaction.
* Sales Reporting- Own the sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and presenting monthly progress reports.
* Industry Engagement- Act as a sector ambassador, staying attuned to client needs and industry trends.
About You
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, particularly in multi-product solutions (hardware and software).
* Extensive experience selling to public sector organisations, ideally police forces.
* Strong communication, presentation, and account management skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to business development.
* Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or MEDIC is an advantage.
Package
* Base salary up to £80,000 plus OTE of £120,000 (uncapped).
* Hybrid working, with 2–3 days per week in the office near Kingston upon Thames.
