Based in Penrith, you will provide operational, executive, secretariat, and policy support to the CEO, facilitating the achievement of organisational and management objectives. This role serves assists the team with handling matters requiring the direct intervention of the CEO to implement key strategies and deliver programs. In this pivotal role, you will prepare, manage, and review high-level communications and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will undertake confidential and sensitive tasks on behalf of the CEO, assist with communications, diary management, and day-to-day planning. Expertise in managing sensitive and confidential issues in a complex environment with conflicting priorities. Proven ability to act independently in performing core governance and administrative functions, consulting with the CEO on high-risk or business-critical matters. Experience in planning and prioritising to achieve business objectives, including contingency planning and adapting to changing circumstances. Ability to foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strategic service delivery outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare comprehensive reports and correspondence. Proficiency in project management, including planning, coordination, and control methods to achieve project goals.
