What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting the technical team with administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate design approvals and legal documentation. Reviewing utility designs, technical drawings, and legal requirements. Preparing and tracking paperwork for legal approvals, invoices, and project documentation. Maintaining up-to-date records, tracking key milestones, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Attending client meetings and providing project updates. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Great organisational abilities, with the confidence to manage multiple tasks. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). CAD or AutoCAD experience is ideal A keen interest in the technical, construction or utilities sector (experience is a bonus, but not essential).
