LMNS Maternity & Neonatal Programme Lead

This post will lead on the LMNS programme for the HWE ICB system, working in collaboration with Nursing & Quality, Maternity, Neonatal units, and the Regional Team.
Facilitate system-wide leadership of the Local Maternity & Neonatal Services (LMNS) in support of the Chief Nurse as SRO. The role is required to provide system achievement and compliance of SBLCB V3, MIS, and SDP. Lead the LMNS delivery team, fostering collaboration with Safety and Governance leads to achieve the full spectrum of the LMNS work programme.
Act as a pivotal systems leader, uniting partners from local maternity and neonatal units, community and mental health services, primary care, and other key stakeholders. Maintain responsibility for local and national assurance, providing regular updates to various networks and boards.
Main duties of the job

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Educated to master's level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level in a specialist area.
* Member of a relevant professional body.
Knowledge and Experience
* Extensive knowledge of specialist areas, acquired through post-graduate diploma or equivalent experience or training plus further specialist knowledge or experience to master's level equivalent.
* Evidence of post-qualifying and continuing professional development.
* Must have an understanding of the background to and aims of current healthcare policy and appreciate the implications of this on engagement.
* Good presentational skills for conveying complex concepts.
* Ability to use informed persuasion to influence others.
* Ability to identify risks, anticipate issues, create solutions, and resolve problems in relation to project or service delivery.
* Evidence of planning and delivering programmes and projects and services on time.
* Abilities for financial and staff management.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with intermediate keyboard skills.
