We are looking to recruit 2x CIPD qualified Senior HR Managers to provide services across our Adult Social Care and Children’s Directorates, and Schools. One role will be on a 2-year Fixed Term Contract and the other will be a 1-year Fixed Term Contract.
You will provide strategic leadership in the management of an effective and highly professional team to deliver customer-focused HR services to Directorates and to our schools. You’ll contribute both at a strategic and operational level to identify HR priorities and people management solutions that support business aims and wider organisational values.
About You
The ideal candidate will have proven HR expertise. You should possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing HR team.
As a strategic thinker, you will be adept at developing and implementing HR strategies that not only meet the current needs of the business but also anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be building relationships at all levels across the organisation, ensuring that HR is seen as a trusted partner in achieving business success.
