Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Trade Desk Support Administrator for our client based in Bracknell.
Role: Trade Desk Support Administrator
Location: Bracknell, Office Based
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
Our client is a market leader, specialising in live and online auctions. They are known for their exceptional service and high-quality products, helping organisations meet their equipment needs efficiently.
Responsibilities
1. Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service to clients and buyers
2. Managing inbound and outbound email correspondence effectively
3. Acting as the central point of contact for project-related enquiries
4. Assisting with diary management and scheduling meetings
5. Handling invoicing, alongside Accounts team
6. Providing essential administrative and logistical support to the Trade Desk Manager to ensure project success
The Ideal Candidate
1. Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
2. Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
3. Proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously
4. Attention to detail and accuracy
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
6. Previous experience in providing administrative support
