Job Summary
We’re hiring support workers for our centre in @Worle, where we support around 20 people daily, providing various sessions both inside the building and in the community, including at our allotments.
We also offer community and enabling support for young adults and children, ensuring they have access to the facilities and activities they choose. Shift patterns are varied and will include evening and weekend work.
Your skills and life experience could be a great match for our support worker role. All you need is a willingness to learn, flexibility, a can-do attitude, and a desire to help someone live a full life!
The support you provide will be centred around each person’s values, preferences, and needs, which could include developing daily living skills, accessing the wider community, personal care, and medication needs.
A full driving licence is required for this role.
Sleep-ins paid at £60 extra (basic salary £11.68 - £12.01 p/h). These can be worked in other services.
