Job Description
The Interim Governance Manager will be based in the central London office and be responsible for the governance framework. Working closely with the legal team, you will:
* Liaise with various government bodies and stakeholders
* Implement strategies and governance policies
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
* Provide assistance with a rationalisation project
* Undertake subsidiary management
* Represent the organisation in legal proceedings
* Develop and foster relationships with government representatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Governance Manager should have:
* A degree in Law or a related field
* Experience in not for profit governance
* Have good subsidiary governance experience
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
* A proactive approach to problem-solving
* Highly developed organisational skills
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
