Role Overview:
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Regional Bodyshop / Regional Operations Manager within the accident repair or vehicle repair market. You will oversee the success and productivity of 3 sites across the UK.
As a Regional Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading and motivating your managers, monitoring and improving KPIs, and supporting the growth of both staff and the business.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Drive operational excellence across your sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
2. Lead and inspire site managers and teams to achieve performance targets while upholding our core values: Excellence, Integrity, and Innovation.
3. Monitor and improve KPIs, optimizing efficiency and profitability.
4. Foster growth, supporting the development of both staff and the business.
5. Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives.
6. Responsible for recruitment and delivering against key performance indicators with the help of your senior management team.
7. Ensure Key to Key and CSI targets are met or exceeded.
