Top 10 Accountancy firm seek a Training Coordinator to join the team who are dedicated to the successful operations of training and development for everyone within the firm. This role provides the chance to impact the experience of individuals and play an integral part in the smooth delivery of our programmes. The individual will have excellent communication and organisation skills, pays strong attention to detail and comfortable with all Microsoft applications.
Core Duties will include:
Taking the lead for the administration of internal early careers training courses. This will involve adding courses to the learning management system, booking venues or setting up virtual dates, monitoring attendance and chasing participants.
Liaising with relevant stakeholders as necessary to provide updates etc and being the first point of contact for queries
Work with the Systems and Data Lead to create or update reports as requested. A good understanding of reporting and IT skills will be required.
Maintain student training records and tracker
Be the main point of contact for early careers training queries
Update and produce training materials in line with our brand
Manage central mailbox for queries and distribute accordingly
Assist with the onboarding process and inductions
Support the delivery of the DofE Gold Award programme alongside the Talent Development Training Lead.
You may be asked to participate in project work on an adhoc basis and to assist with additional operations activities
Ideal Candidates must have the following:
You will have experience in an administration / coordination role
You will have excellent communication skills
You will have strong organisation skills
You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft applications in particular Excel and PowerPoint
You are self-motivated, can manage your own time and can take ownership of processes
To have experience with a learning management system (desirable)
