As our Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind the smooth delivery and ongoing improvement of our learning programs. You'll work closely with various teams, including the Safety team, People Partners, and Senior Leadership, to ensure our colleagues have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities: MyLearning (Our Learning Platform):
Maintain and develop our online learning platform, including communities, learning plans, and supplier content.
Generate insightful reports and analyse data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Support the Safety team's learning and reporting requirements.
Query Management:
Manage and resolve queries related to our learning platform (Fuse/MyLearning tickets).
Act as a second-tier contact for People Services tickets.
Apprenticeships:
Produce monthly apprenticeship reports and share results and graduation information.
Coordinate activities between internal and external apprenticeship providers.
Act as a liaison for apprentices, providing support and facilitating six-month reviews.
Course Booking & Logistics:
Book venues and hotels for training sessions.
Create engaging events on our learning platform.
Manage invoice approvals and calendar invites.
Follow up with non-attendees.
Objectives, Performance Reviews & Talent Management:
Collate outputs from performance management processes and organise them for easy access.
Identify key themes and recommend follow-up actions.
Track completion rates and provide support to People Partners and L&D Business Partners.
Manage and improve performance management templates.
Delivery & Creation:
Develop engaging eLearning SCORM courses.
Co-facilitate induction programs and regular training sessions.
Maintain and update course content.
Coordinate and facilitate online inductions.
Management Development Programs (BM Accelerate & OLA):
Organise and book assessment days.
Collate feedback and support feedback meetings.
Assign and allocate appropriate training interventions.
Organise graduation events.

Required skills and competencies: Highly organised and proactive approach.
Strong data and systems literacy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A desire to grow into a L&D or HR role in the future.
While HR experience is beneficial, it is not essential.
