Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality written and visual content for various platforms, including blogs, email newsletters, and website copy. Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of social media and e-commerce activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings, ensuring content is optimised for relevant keywords. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and improve search engine optimisation (SEO). Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce, implementing best practices to enhance overall marketing strategies. Support the planning and execution of promotional events, campaigns, and product launches. Assist with customer engagement strategies to build brand loyalty, enhance the customer experience, and drive repeat business.
