Job Description Customer Success Manager (Logistics) Leicester, LE9 £50,000-60,000 per annum, DOE Monday - Friday (8:30-5:30) Our client, a leader in the Transport sector, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Account Management to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving customer attraction, retention and growth within the organisation. As the Head of Account Management, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, working closely with the sales team to nurture and develop relationships while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Responsibilities: Nurturing and developing strategic accounts in collaboration with the sales team Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction Conducting performance evaluations Resolve issues promptly to maintain and strengthen customer trust Lead and develop the Account Management Team Carry out line management duties and support the Sales team in the early stages of the customer journey. Take full ownership of the Customer Onboarding Process Liaise with Fleet Engineer to ensure repairs are conducted within SLA’s Hold regular review meetings with the customer to discuss performance Provide seamless communication between Sales, Operations and the Customer.
